When I decided to sell my house, the buyer's home inspector really dinged me. I turned to OUR TURN for help. They fixed my lifted and damaged concrete walkway. They repaired a fence after a tree had crashed on it after a storm. They cleaned out my crawl space and replaced the vapor barrier. They added an HVAC return after the original installer did not complete the job. They also had the home cleaned. Most importantly, they saved the deal.

After my tenants moved out, I really needed help. The tenants didn't really damage the property but it needed to be prepared for new tenants. OUR TURN painted every room and shampooed the carpets. They put up new light fixtures and changed out door knobs and hinges. They put up drywall in the utility room and replaced single panes in double paned windows.The housekeepers were excellent, I don't ever remember seeing the oven nor the refrigerator so clean! I will remember to use OUR TURN again when the new tenants move out.
